Dowden Park
Dowden Park community is part of the Northridge
community and consists of new homes for sale.
Hunters Glen
The Hunters Glen community also offers new homes

Kingsgate
The Kingsgate community consists of newer homes
in the 5-10 year range on ½ acre lots. Homes
for sale typically run from $150,000 to $300,000.
There are no through streets in Kingsgate. There is
only one way in and out, which lends itself to car
traffic consisting of just residents. This is a very
quite community.
Northpoint Village
North Point Village is Springfield's newest secluded
neighborhood. Experience country living in
the city at Northpoint Village, located on Englewood
Road off of North Limestone Street in Springfield.
There are 27 residential lots with 20 remaining. Lot
prices begin at $30,000. Only three lots remain
in Phase I with Phase II lots being ready for construction
in the Fall of 2007.
Lots are wooded with access to the bikeway and some
lots are on a cul-de-sac. Choose a single-family
condo, a Palm Harbor Systems built home, or a builder
of your choice.
Being developed by Kevin and Linda O'Neill, lot
sizes in the Northpoint subdivision vary in size. Homes
feature 2 or 2 1/2 car garages; poured basements;
crawl spaces; concrete driveways; underground utilities;
bluegrass sod and landscaping.
Plans are to be approved
by the developers. Ranch homes must be a minimum
of 1,300 sq. ft. of living space. Covenants
and restrictions are available.
The subdivision currently features custom-built
homes based on deed restrictions and systems. Current
homes are available through Palm Harbor and beginning
in the $150,000s.
Some homes feature three bedrooms and two full baths. Others
include a split floor plan, a relaxing deck, nine-foot
ceilings, an island kitchen, a large utility room
off the garage, gas forced air heat and central air
conditioning.
Northridge
New home construction can still be found in the
Northridge community. The Northridge area, started
in the 70’s, with construction of 3-bedroom
brick ranch homes with basements, is now building
2-story new homes with basements. Homes for sale
in Northridge average around $90,000.
The Northridge community, because of its close proximity
to community resources, offers an opportunity for
kids to walk to the community pool or down the street
for ice cream or pizza.
Ridgewood
The Ridgewood community, because of its close proximity
to community resources, offers an opportunity for
kids to walk to the community pool or down the street
for ice cream or pizza.
